International senior leaders from around the world

Just completed a year long course with international senior leaders from around the world- Cayman Islands, Nigeria, the Netherlands, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Portugal, Malaysia and UK.

It has been a privilege to coach and guide these senior leaders on their year long journey and watch their leadership growth.

Each had a research project, looking at learning in their own school setting and context and how it could be improved, using data informed decisions and working with others to distribute their leadership to give a more sustainable model.

Congratulations to all the group for their hard work, their leadership impact projects and their commitment to improve learning at their schools.
