IPC European Regional Conference

Two weeks ago I had the privilege of attending the IPC European Regional Conference held in Hilversum and leading the International Leadership and Management Programme.

It was inspiring to work with so many committed and dedicated Middle Leaders from around the region, working to strengthen and improve their schools with a focus on student learning.

We shared four days together of challenge, new thinking and planning ahead for future learning gains.
